Account Deletion
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Time to Sing account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
You can delete your Time to Sing account directly from within the app. Please follow these steps:
- Open the Time to Sing app and navigate to the Home screen.
- Tap on the 'Settings' icon (gear icon) in the top right corner of the Home screen.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Delete Account'.
- Confirm your decision to delete your account when prompted. This action is irreversible.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful account deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your user profile information (name, email, profile picture).
- Your saved favorites and exercise progress.
- Any other personal data directly linked to your account.
Data Retention Period
Please note that while your account and associated personal data will be deleted, some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes. Additionally, we may retain certain data for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention). We will ensure that any retained data is securely stored and used only for the specified purposes.
